CNC MILLING
CNC Milling is a manufacturing process used to subtract material from a stock block until you achieve the final shape of a product. Virtue Molding is equipped with 3-axis CNC mills where we can achieve tolerances up to 0.01mm leading to high precision results.
CNC PROBING
In our machine shop we use a complete probing package with spindle and tool probing for faster and more accurate setup. Also, we can make in-process inspection with the spindle probe to make measurements of the final part with high accuracy. With this way we can ensure the final result reliability.
